2026 Schedule of Events
Captains’ Drinks
September 2nd - 7pm
Blue Gin Bar at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel
A relaxed welcome for all team captains and selected guests. Everyone gathers at the Blue Gin Bar to enjoy drinks, meet one another, and begin the tournament experience.
Details of the Formal Evening Attire Dress Code are provided in Section 14 of the Tournament and Event Rules.
Opening Night & Draw
September 2nd - 8:30pm
The Monte-Carlo Country Club
All players and paid guests are invited to the club for a formal welcome. Drinks and light food are served. The tournament teams and match draw are officially announced.
Details of the Formal Evening Attire Dress Code are provided in Section 14 of the Tournament and Event Rules.
Tournament Day 1
September 3rd - 8am to 7pm
The Monte-Carlo Country Club
Matches begin early and continue through the day on the clay courts of the Monte-Carlo Country Club. Players and guests enjoy a high-quality lunch buffet outdoors. Cold drinks and refreshments are available all day.
Details of the On-Court Dress Code are provided in Section 13 of the Tournament and Event Rules.
Tournament Day 2
September 4th - 8am to 7pm
The Monte-Carlo Country Club
This is the second full day of tennis. Teams continue to compete and enjoy the experience. Another lunch buffet is served, and players relax in the sun between matches with drinks and conversation.
Details of the On-Court Dress Code are provided in Section 13 of the Tournament and Event Rules.
Tournament Day 3
September 5th - 8am to 4pm
The Monte-Carlo Country Club
The final matches take place in the morning and early afternoon. A final lunch buffet is served. After tennis ends, players and guests often go to relax by the pool at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel, and prepare for the evening celebration.

September 5th - 8:30pm
The Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel
Closing Gala Dinner
A formal banquet, consisting of multiple courses, for all participants, with the awards ceremony and music. Everyone dresses elegantly and celebrates the end of the tournament.
Details of the Formal Evening Attire Dress Code are provided in Section 14 of the Tournament and Event Rules.
Our Closing Gala often features opportunities such as Raffles and Auctions for Participants to win special items autographed by many of our professional tennis player friends of ASCoT 1992. Some autographed items are shared in the photo reel, below, including a racquet signed by Novak Djokovic!

Hotel Booking Information
All participants stay at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hôtel & Resort, which is the official players’ hotel of the ROLEX Masters, where we have negotiated special rates for our ASCoT participants.
2026 Hotel Room Bookings Procedure
The Hotel and the Monte-Carlo SBM have a two-step booking procedure.
Send your enquiry using the resort@montecarlosbm.com email address and provide the reference details: ASCoT Tennis 2026 – Ref.
Please note that the reference number for 2026 is different from 2025.
Your enquiry should simply state that you are looking for a room for the 2026 edition of the ASCoT 1992 Tournament and if you prefer a one-bed or two-bed room.
You can also state your preference of View:
A City View Room (Lowest Price)
A Pool and Sea View (Mid-Range)
Or an uninterrupted Sea View Only (often the Higher Price)
Then, your enquiry will be replied to with an offer that you will then need to confirm with your credit card details to secure your booking.

ASCoT 1992 in Monaco
To help new participants to get a tiny sense of what their ASCoT 1992 experience will have in store for them, we will be sharing a short ASCoT 1992 Film to provide a glimpse of what truly forms an annual epic experience for our returning participants. In the meantime, here is a short introduction; full video releasing in February 2026.

2026 Participation Fees
Participation fees:
Gentleman: 1900 Euros or £1650 (UK Pounds) per person
Ladies: 1400 Euros or £1220 (UK Pounds) per person
Accompanying Persons: 800 Euros or £690 (UK Pounds) per person
These 2026 Participation Fee prices are our first increase after the COVID Pandemic, and we ensured we remain below the associated inflation thresholds. You may choose if you wish to send your payment via Euros or UK Pounds.
In the interest of security, please email newsletter@ascot1992.club to receive the ASCoT 1992 bank account details for the Payment of Participation Fees.
Existing members will have already been emailed the up-to-date bank details via a Newsletter on January 25th 2026; so please search your email inbox.
