The ASCoT Story…
In 1992, a group of friends with a passion for tennis created an exclusive tournament where fellow impassioned tennis lovers from all over the world could momentarily escape from their busy and thriving careers, and privately immerse themselves in the game they love, experience each other’s company, and further their valued friendships and connections.
After playing the initial tournaments in their beloved Louisenlund, Germany, this ever evolving and growing group of vibrant peers migrated this unique ASCoT 1992 Tournament to the prestigious and highly respected Monte-Carlo Country Club in the renowned Principality of Monaco.
Once firmly established at the Monte-Carlo Country Club, the ASCoT 1992 Tournaments have been humbled and honoured to receive the annual
High Patronage of the Monegasque Sovereign
HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco
What began as an annual men’s tennis doubles tournament, then evolved into both Men’s and Women’s Tournaments, enabling both ambitious male and female talents from various industries and backgrounds to connect through their common interests, ambitious goals, various vocations and of course, a shared appreciation of tennis.
The 2022 tournament marked 30 years since the success of that first tournament in 1992.

The historically respected and exclusive Monte-Carlo Country Club is the annual playground for our members who partake in our key ASCoT 1992 Tournament in both the Men’s and Women’s doubles categories. We are truly privileged and grateful to have forged such a long and meaningful relationship with our partners at the Monte-Carlo Country Club, the home of the legendary Monte-Carlo Masters, where our members receive exclusive access to the picturesque grounds, world-renowned clay courts, relaxed social settings and bars, as well as enjoying the satisfying lunches prepared by the Monte-Carlo Country Club’s chefs for our tournament participants and guests.
Many of our tournament matches, and especially the ASCoT 1992 Final, are played on the very historic court that many storied matches and every Final from the
ATP 1000 Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters
has been played for decades.
Becoming a Member
As one may appreciate, ASCoT 1992 Members come together in the interest of privately competing in a friendly yet challenging tennis tournament, taking a break from the everyday normality of their careers, socialising in a mix of relaxed and formal gala occasions, and depart feeling accomplished and full of renewed vigour and vitality.
Therefore, it essential that ASCoT 1992 Membership consists of individuals who share in these mutual interests, and undertake efforts to ensure not only their own experience of comfort and renewal, but also consider the same for their fellow members.
While ASCoT 1992 appreciates any person who shares in these worthwhile aims that our membership strives for, it does help if any prospective membership applications are supported by existing members.
